High-Leverage Practices Special Collection
Developing high-leverage practices (HLPs) to codify practices of effective special educators has been a top priority of CEC and the CEEDAR (Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform) Center during the past few years. CEC has published several valuable resources in this area, including the seminal book, High-Leverage Practices in Special Education, which is the final report of the HLP Writing Team. Other publications include the book High-Leverage Practices for Inclusive Classrooms, HLPs in Special Education Collaboration Laminated Guide (#1), and the March-April 2018 Issue of CEC's TEACHING Exceptional Children journal, which focused on "Putting High-Leverage Practices Into Practice." This Special collection is available at a discounted price.
